Are you or someone you know interested in becoming a Governing Board Member of the Camp Verde Unified School District? 

 

Potential Governing Board Candidates may pick up election packets from Robin Bascom at the Yavapai County Education Service Agency located at 1015 Fair Street #324, Prescott, AZ  86305. Their phone number is 928-771-3326.  Petitions must be filed on or after July 7, 2008 and they must be turned in by August 6, 2008.

 

Candidates (including current Board Members running for re-election) must file three documents with the Yavapai County Education Service Agency prior to being issued petitions. They include:

 

1. A $500.00 Threshold Exemption Statement OR a Political Committee Statement of Organization.

2. Nomination Paper, Affidavit of Qualification, Campaign Finance Law Statement.

3. Release of Candidate Data Form.
